True locality dwarf BCI pair - Sonoran Anery Type 2 - Manchester

This pair is all we have left. We are only looking for £750 for quick sale, I have seen younger litters of these been sold for over £450 each or £900 for pairs so these are a bargin.

They are a 1.1 pair of true locality dwarf boas.
Born in 2008 and bred by Peter Rice. They come with full paperwork

The Sonoran BCI is a locality originating from Mexico.
The largest found was 7ft but these boas rarely reach over 5ft with sensible feeding, they also keep the thick, heavy body of the Columbian BCI which most Dwarf Boas lose.

The Anery Type 2 is a recessive colour mutation that has had little done with it making this a great project for anyone that loves dwarf boa morphs.

There appearance is much deeper black colouration than the Anerytheristic Type 1. Lacks yellow pigmentation as well as red pigmentation The anerytheristic type 2 does not 'brown out' as much as the Type 1 in adulthood. The Type 1 and the Type 2 traits are genetically incompatible.
The Anerytheristic type 2 boa has been used to produce:

• Central American Pewter - Anerytheristic Type 2 x Blood
• Central American Ghost - Anerytheristic Type 2 x Hypo Nicaraguan

They are also the key to producing the 'Blizzard Boa', by crossing anerytheristic type 2 and an albino, creating a totally white, patternless boa.

This pair is currently feeding on a large mouse weekly, they are shedding perfectly and have never suffered from any health problems. We have owned them since they were babies and have regularly handled them.
