Stock
All stock on the list will be imported from Malaysia all stock will either be WC and CF and CB were stated also stock will only be sexed if stated on the list if not stated on the list the sex is unknown

DOA
Any DOA that lands in the UK I will contact the buyer or buyers and offer a full refund or replacement if there is one in stock the exporter will pack each snake the best that they can to ensure that it arrive in the UK in good health the exporter has told me that from Malaysia to London Heathrow will take up to 24 hours

Collection
I will arrive at the animal reception centre 1 hour before the shipment lands and to make sure they get cleared by customs and to avoid any problems I will also inspect each snake to confirm any DOA and to take images of the DOA if there is any i shall contact the buyer or buyers I will be using a customs clearing agent to process all paperwork and will lease with the airport staff

1.70% deposit for the total order then the remaining 30% before April 30th

Import Window Closed Date
The date of witch the import window will close is April the 30th after this date no further orders will be taken and the order will be placed with the exporter

A. The most i can do is put a request to my supplier i can not 100% garantee that you will get a sex that you wanted

A.I have a planned route that i will be taking witch is Plymouth to London, London to Stoke, Stoke to Bristol, Bristol to Plymouth

A.No snakes on this list are CB they all are WC unless stated

The trunk snakes are juvies about 2ft and smaller
