Wink Our new snake

this is Hector our male royal he's 3ft long and due to him being fairly neglected by his previous owner is dehydrated and very underfed...he has to be assist fed at the moment but shows some promising signs of possibly striking a his next feed.

we both love him to bits but he doesn't like my boyfriend very much....probably because he's the one who does the assist feeding....i just give him cuddles as he's very affectionate.

Give him the Irn Bru.

That should make him nice and perky.

:>

Just joking, lovely snake you have there, and the best of luck!

I LOVE IT!!!

lol thats for my boyfriend....psychs him up before feeding in case he gets bitten(which almost happened to his face tonight)....but yeah he's hd 5 mouse fluffs in the last 3 days so we're gonna try a medium mouse tomorrow if he's still hunting as we've run out of fluffs.

lol well he seems happy now he's hydrated and fed....the day after i got him i made his tub completely humid for one night and in the morning he had left me a monster of a present .

lol he's wrapped himself around a stick in his tub and is sitting watching my boyfriend and i (we're watching a film...tis not bad so far)

when he was first fed he simply curled up in his hide for 2 days but 2night he's completely alert and looking for more food(but we've run out)

so we'll just see how he goes...apart from the lack of food and water he's a very healthy and big boy.
