doesnt sound stupid at all mate. with the bigger snakes i feed them in big tubs basically. they will stay there for a few hours after feeding. i used to leave them over night but they seem to be ok after 4 or 5 hours [its not like your gonna handle them for more than a few seconds while you put them back]. the smaller ones the same way but i will put them back in the vivs with a hook pretty much staright away. obviously if you cant get a tub big enough you could use another viv that is complety bare and totally different to his usual viv or on the floor outside the viv and then place them back after feeding. use gloves and a bloody big stick if it makes you feel battter lmao!! if it helps to avoid bites that are feeding response bites then you are usally getting rid of about 90% of all bites. good luck, hope this helps

Thanks for that, she is nice, the tamest burm hatchling I've ever had! No hissing or striking. Fed on a defrost the day after collection and shed at the weekend. My son has decided her name is Charlotte, which is a change as he usually wants to call all new snakes "Snakey".

She's het for albino. Hoping to get a male in December and maybe a pair of greens if Bob has any.
