Default New Additions...What are they???

Here are my latest additions, purchased as Scarlet Kings.....But...they are not that!!
Im thinking Red Milks, but im wondering if any of you Lampropeltis fans can help??
Scarlets should have bands that continue all the way round, these have checkerboarding..I"ll put few pics up...sorry i havent learned how to link.
Tell me what you think please??

Have to admit they do have that look. but im sure they arent Hybrids....The red Milks have checkerboards underneath just like a corn!!

Hey Pam. On first sight I thought it was a Red Milk. I'm more familiar with Kings, as you know, but it's definitely not a Scarlet King. Scarlet Kings have yellow banding and are one of the smallest of the Lampropeltis genus.

They are lovley they do look like an intergrade? did they come in on a shipment from europe? maybe you could find out via the breeder? I thnk Scott had a few brought over can't remember if they were from Tomas who has a whole selection of unusual milks including red he had some funky reds a while back

Thanks Paula! They came from Steve at The living Rainforest!!...He is away on buisness till tuesday, but i will try and find out where he sourced them from. I do love unusual Milks!!
