The sub species is still under question until he sheds next and I can do a scale count. Until then im working on settling him in and getting a few meals into him.

Yep, hes a boa but an odd ball. The genus candoia was separated from the new world where most other boas are from which resulted in these to evolve very differently.

There isnt really a widely used common name although Bibroni's bevel nosed boa is probably to most fitting.
