this one is one of the lycodons, the wolfsnakes (<hows that for a cool name)

a good few years ago i read of one of the lycodons producing fertile eggs and subsequently babies after 7 years without being in contact with a male, back then parthogenesis wasnt even considered in snakes (other than some blind snakes) but who knows these snakes could possibly be capable of parthenogenic reproduction.

can u imagine seeing one of these with its nose popping out an egg, having some baby ones to play with, just to see a healthy one up close would be a treat.

One of each should settle my addiction for about a week.

Some awesome pictures and awesome snakes there. Really hoping to get my hands on some in the near future I hope.

I really like number 5.

Default and god created jupiter, and god liked jupiter, so he put a ring on it

some more mysterys of asia, most of these i couldnt put a genus to never mind a species, i should mention none of these (inc previous) are my pics nor do i own the animals sadly, thier from our fellow herpers in china japan malaysia etc etc, i hope it opens your eyes a little, especially the newer keepers, the species on the classifieds is not the sum of whats out there.
