Well, as I had cracked the camera out for the DxJ, I thought I would get a few snaps of my pair of BRBs for the file. These two are such shy snakes, I only ever see them when I check on them at 2/3am after a night out, but they are soooo beautiful that they make up for it in other ways!
First up is enzo, the male problem feeder. He's has been getting better and looks much healthier now, but last few times we've offered him mice, he hasn't seemed too keen. Anyway, he is the lighter of the two ....
Trying to make a break for it ...
Looking very cute, and displaying his day-time colours pretty accurately ...
Next up is Ibby, the female of the same age. Believe it or not, they were the same size in March. She's looking like a porker at the moment cause she got enzo's second small mouse in addition to her medium one after he turned it down. Gonna try switching her to rats soon (hope its easier than with the carpet

)
And a birds-eye view of her trying to escape into the flowerbed ...
She is not as red as some rainbows you see, but she does have a very intense colour in the flesh. Combined with Enzo's brighter colouring, I can't wait to see what these two produce in a few years!
