Default losing weight..

our 4 year old male royal whos not eaten since october (have mentioned him in previous threads) was weighing 846g in november (had been fed on live previously but took a defrost in october, his only feed with me). i last weighed him in late december and he was 840g, but today he weighed in at 790g..is this dramatic weight loss for a adult royal?im unsure as what to do since i know he could be fasting for breeding season, but it seems like quite a bit to loose in only 2months...h.e.l.p!!

I would have thought not. Less than 10% in 5 months doesnt seem a lot to me. I have 3 'long time' fasters myself, I know how you feel. I think it will take Springtime now till they all get going again

he seems ok hydration wise as ive caught him drinking so i know hes not dehydrated etc, it was jst a bit of a shock..how much do u reckon would be a warning sign of weight loss, because im starting to worry that itl take a live feed to kick-start him..but this,as always, is last case scenario,...
