One corn per setup...

No idea what the general view of co-habbing corns is on here, But IMO its not worth the hassle. They're not social animals, they won't be frolicking around the tank together holding hands and singing the entire soundtrack to Heidi Kramer.. a Larger/older snake can cause alot of stress to a smaller one, Not to mention the potential for fighting or even one of them getting eaten. Also don't forget the chance of babies...

It depends on the size, sex and age of the corns! This has been done to death on several threads, and it does seem to be a 50/50 split. Personally I have never had any problems with cohabiting. I always keep hatchlings apart as at that age anything is fair game as food. As they get older, I keep them in SAME SEX pairs, and only pair them as a male/female pair when full grown. This is to ensure that when they breed the female is large enough and old enough to be able to carry eggs.

If you decided to keep a pair together, and I know plenty of people who do without any problem whatsoever, then you MUST separate when feeding and leave apart for a good 30mins or so after they have fed. This prevents the risk of both snakes trying to eat the same mouse, with one ending up (potentially) inside the other snake, usually resulting in 2 dead snakes.

I think it is a personal decision whether to keep them paired or not. I can only say that in 20 years of snake keeping, I have never had any problems in keeping pairs together. You will have to quarantine the new snake properly, though, if you do want to pair them.
