I was just thinking when i start breading next year from a legal point of view will i need a licence to sell the hachlings?? and more to the point if you do how many people don't have a licence and come on be honest i wont tell defra

you don't need a licence to sell you own offspring - only to retail animals ie buy from one source and sell to another

yeah, no pet shop lisence required to breed and sell on...otherwise if your snakes bred by accident you would be in a right situation to move them on! Lol...

Same with dog and cat breeders, they just sell on the offspring. best wishes
