Default Heat Panels?

Im not sure if ive got the name right, but i was talking with a friend the other day, saying i was unhappy with the heating in my vivs (bulbs and mats), and he suggested heat panels? he said this is something you put on the roof of the inside of the viv and control it with a thermostat. he also said this would maintain a good overall temp., and take care of a 90+ basking area. does anyone here use or know of these? he said they are the best heating equipment available, but ive never heard of them!

I got rep' radiators i all of my vivs'... Royal, Corn, Bearded dragon all 3*2*2fts and one in a 4.5*2*2ft viv and they maintain ideal temps'

I do however have my dragons stacked on top of the snake so they benifit from the rising heat from the snakes vivs as there temps should be higher

I like these too, though they will struggle to heat anything larger than a 4ft viv. For anything needed a very high temperature or for heating large vivs I like the AHS microclimate heaters with the built in thermostat.
