not sure on this so thought i would ask, i currently own a 31/2 foot female anerythristic type A corn and am getting a sub adult carolina male would this be okay to house them together or is it to early in her life to breed her

the normal advice given for first breeding for corns is the rule of 3, ie if the female corn is 3yrs old, 3' long and weighs 300g then there shouldn't be much of a problem breeding her.
if you look up other posts regarding this you'll see what people have said before. not sure if you were planning on just housing them together for breeding or as a long term plan? but if they are a breeding pair the male may continually mate with the female which will stress her out and producing multiple clutches will put a stain on her. it's not to say you can't keep them together as i'm sure others do, but i'd say it's probably best for the snakes if they are only put together for mating.
