the classifieds seem slow at the moment, a lot of nice snakes not selling, but 'competitively' priced I'm sure they'll fly!

Even if you struggled, shops would have them as a last resort.

Well they are in incubaor and all looking good, had a candle and life is starting to grow inside .

Not sure what the visual differences are regarding great plains and gray rat snakes .

All I can say is they are huge snakes the female is 6ft 2inches the male is 5ft 9inches

Looks like a Grey and a bit too big for a Great Plains :

Great plains tend to be corn snake size or smaller(max 4 feet). They also have a strong head pattern (yours has non), lay a long thin egg and tend to have small clutches (max ten eggs)

Sorry but from your pictures, I'm going with everyone else and saying Grey Rats.

I would say grey rat, not great plains, which are a subspecies of corn. Great plains do look very similar to corns but differ in colouring.

Even if you only get a small amount for the hatchlings, it will help cover your food costs etc.

I have to say that I really do have an issue with people who let their snakes breed then ask "is it worth incubating them". If you don't want to incubate than don't put the adults together!!

Especially when it comes across as if you are doing it for money. There will always be a market, but to ask if it is worth it and is there a market for them just smacks of someone more interested in making a bit of money than caring for the animals they keep.
