Henry Batten
Anyone seen or heard from him recently. He still owes me a snake he forgot to pick up from last Hamm, and will not answer emails. I am getting pretty p****d off. To be frank, although he seems to get really good feedback on here, i found him to be less than professional, to say the least!

Henry and Bob are quite hard to get hold off and it is really annoying I know, not the way you deal with customers no matter how busy are etc

Bob is actually very good in replying to his e-mails.
Henry seems to take a while. And yes he is on MSN quite a lot. When MSN decides to log me in, I'll PM him this thread.
