Default courier service

Hi just chatting with crystal palace bout some royals, and he said he can courier with TNT, but it's overnight so they will be in a depot, in a cricket tub with newspaper, no heat ( how long will a heat pack last ?? )

Just wondered if anyone else has had experience with couriers for snakes, is it a good option, or just a cheap option. I mean, it must be safe or they wouldn't use it , would they?????

Packs last about 23/24 hours.
TNT is the cheaper option yes. You would be safer with a dedicated courier.
However saying that I've had a few animals TNT'd overnight and they have arrived fine.

I had a delivery from camzoo via TNT of 2 leopard geckos which they managed to lose for 24 hours.

They turned up after 48 hours in transit and the heatpad was still warm .

I`ve had quite a few snakes delivered via TNT and never had a problem with anything yet.

my animals have arrived alive with tnt although the drivers seem to have no extra concern of the fact they are carrying live animals. My address is a little difficult to find a doesnt even show up properly on a lot of sat navs, i had some ackies delivered once, the driver couldnt find us and went back to the depot, i had to nag the hell out of them to get a driver to deliver it that day, they despite telling them there were live animals the staff there didnt seem to enthused about having to ensure the package went out that day, they wanted me to wait until the next day when the run was being done again, as it was (and for this they tried to make me feel i should be greatful this was happening) a different driver was coming back my wayand agreed to take the other drivers delivery. The most annoying thing was, i supplied a contact telephone number and when i asked why they didnt try and call me they said they did, when i asked them what number on they gave me my house phone number, the thing is, i dont actually have a phone handset in the house, the line is always plugged directly to the internet, i didnt even give them that number!!!
the second time they came to me, with some snakes, i saw the driver stop his van at various points on my road, i expected him to stop once he had found me but he pulled off, i ran out of the house and chased the van down the road, finally getting him to stop. When i spoke to him saying it was a good job i had stopped him as there were live animals on his truck, he jsut dismissed it and said he couldnt find me so was off back to the yard!!! once again i had given them a contact number WHICH WAS WRITTEN ON THE BOX!!!!! agin for some reason the driver was reluctant to try this number, maybe he had a cup of tea witing at the yard. Please dont even get me started on parcel force!!!!
