MICROCLIMATE AHS HEATER 500 watt
Hey there
has anyone got any comments on the above for my Royals 5' x 3' x 2' viv......... has anyone used them and what are they like.  Any feed back would be good before I install it Thank You

yeah...... it's been done with loads of hides, plants and branches to break it up and my royal loves it..... eats like a pig and out for a nosey every night around 8

That is indeed a huge viv for Royals.
I have a 500 watt AHS in a home made 4x3x2 viv and it has been fab so far. Easy to install and my big boa girl seems to like it

cool....... its just that my house gets a bit cold during the night in winter and I want to make sure she stays kinda cosey

I use AHS's, and they are fantastic IMO.

We have the 250 in our small BRBs, amazing at holding temps. Love it and when we can afford it, we will have some more for our other beasties.

I use an AHS 500 in 6x3x3 viv for my fem sharpstrain (thats her in my sig) and it works a treat - they are excellent
