So excited!!
Hi all.
We are pretty new to snake keeping, having only had a corn for a few months. Over the past few days we have totally fallen in love with royals!! They are sooooo cute! We were sure that we couldnt have another until we had moved out, as oh's mum isnt really a fan. BUT we've just got a new reptile room and we are now aloud to have a royal!!!! Just thought we'd share our excitement. I can't wait  Just doing research at the moment. Although any advice from keepers would be very welcome.

Personally I have found my Royal prefers his large enclosure over his smaller one.
As long as there is alot of hides/foliage etc he seems VERY happy. Heat mats are ok for Royals until they are a touch heavier and personally I would recommend moving to a ceramic (say 2yr old plus)
