According to my new book (What's wrong with my snake) it could be an infection due to mites around the eye.

not seen any mites she seems to be clear.

Took her out for a closer look and its like the skin on her head is really baggy like it doesn't fit properly. If I out my thumb on the top of her head its like the skin is hanging off. I can move the skin around with my thumb and cover the eye balls or like look into the side of the eye. Really strange like I say its as if her skin is too big for her head?

I have had a really close look and its not swollen or inflamed its just like looking between her scales and her eye, kinda like if you pull on the skin under your eye down and look up if some ones looking for an eyelash.

Its not bothering her at all, as she let me have a good investigation of the area. I have bathed her eyes in just clean water, will repeat this on a daily basis for a few days. If it gets any worse, or hasn't improved in a week I will get her straight off to the vets.

she obligingly opened up nothing untoward it has dehydration has been suggested, given the way her skin feels I think this could be a good shout. Going to give her a good soak in the bath, keep washing eyes and soaking see if that makes any dif.
