CHEERS

80-85F all year round
between 60-80% humidity. so quite moist....ive heard diff opinions...
cuz of the humidyt orchid bark might be best but they like to burrow i'z heard...n apparently they like a good soak so a decent sized water bowl...which would also help with humidity depnding wherre u put it...

As Daleos89 says plus, if you can get a 5F drop at night even better.

Hide box will be used, they don't climb.

Keep reasonably humid but, if it persists in sitting in the water bowl keep an eye out for possible scale rot. Unlikely with these, but not impossible.

Feed mice or rats of fairly good size, they have a good digestive system!

What do you have, male or female?

Any chance of a picture?

Guy

Havent got one yet, someone I know works in a shop which has one in and she keeps reading, hearing differing views on the humidity.......she just wants to get the conditions right to get it to start feeding....

so I can buy it....lol
I will let you know if/when it comes to me.

Do you know if it's a male or female?

Females usually feed more readily than males, unless they're gravid.

One thing they all need, though, is a good dose of ignoring!

They don't like being mucked about.

well, I will only be getting it if she can get it too feed, even if it just takes one at least then I know it will but I'm not risking it at the minute..it seems to like the same kind of temps /conditions as my BRB's so I think i will be able to manage the husbandry...thanks everyone, you've been really helpful, I knew there were a couple of keepers on here who would be able to help.....
