Default Convincing tactics

Can anyone give me some tactics for convincing my mum to let me get a corn snake? She's already said it will PROBABLY be yes, but I just want to aid her descision so it will DEFINETLY be yes. Any help, i'm getting a little frustrated.

Talking

Ask her what is giving her concerns. Can't convince someone unless you know what they have a problem with in the first place.

Convince her you know how to look after it properly maybe by buying a book on their care and convince her it wont end up becoming her responsibility.

Should go quite a long way

Show them really cute pics of them........... thats how I got my mum to get me my first T when I was 10, so if it can work with that then I think your easly get her to give in with a baby corn.

I know, i'll take her to the rescue centre i work at. They have a very young corn there. It's an amel which looks great.

If you know someone who keeps snakes - take her round to have a look. Once she's seen the snakes, their habitats and how they are cared for I'm sure she'll be fine.

speak to miranda, shes just won her battle, and has a corn on the way, she might give you some pointers, the easiest way is to make tea/dinner etc, and talk nicely, about it "why are you worried" "why dont you like them" and reply with a TRUTHFULL answer.
