am sure I read somewhere they should eat 10%-12% of their body weight per week. TBH I think thats taking things a bit far though, they don't carry a set of scales around in the wild. I just feed mine an apropriate sized prey item every 7 - 14 days 5-7 days for young ones.

I modified the vet feeding chart (here Pet Info - Guide to Feeding Rodent Eating Snakes - Vet, Vets in Belfast - City Vets - Martrey House, Units 2 and 3 Ravenhill BP, Ravenhill Rd, BT6 8AW, Northern Ireland - Vets, clinics, clinic, emergency)
so that it complies with the energy content of rodents (information from rodentpro.com RodentPro.com - Nutrient Composition of Whole Vertebrate Prey) more accurately. I've got the modified tables on my site here http://www.ladybirdscreatures.co.uk/...dingchart.html
I've tried feeding to these rough guidelines to see how it would turn out, and so far it's fine
