What experience do you have, from your website it appears you have a corn and 2 beardies?

Do you have limitations to what you will take?

ive kept reptiles for bout 7 years now and at the moment cant take nothing venemous, there are 3 locations where the reps are held and looked after and brought back to health if needed the corn n beardiess r my own animals, i currently have 3 leo geckos which were dropped of last night one that is currently being hand fed as he is very poorly and underweight. the other 2 are fine. each reptile or animal that comes to us if in good health we keep for a minimum 2 weeks to make sure that they are eating and behaving appropriatly.
ill animals such as alfie (poorly gecko) will stay longer till he is better .

I completely commend what you a doing, and wish there were more people out there doing this.
BUT i would also be very careful that this does not take over your life. Yes the animals have to be looked after by someone, but how many can you really handle? how many 10-15ft burms with a chip on their shoulder could you handle?
One problem you will find, is while yes you can take on geckos etc, i would be very surprised if these small animals were the main ones people needed to be rescued. I think you will find most people will be trying to dipose of burms, retics and female bci's.
Aswell you said you would happily keep the snakes for 2 weeks to see that they eating and healthy. Problem there is, what they are. Reptiles, and 2 weeks wont cut it, reptile sickness and diseases either seem to go 2 ways, either they are dead before you knew there was something wrong, or its something hidden for long periods of time etc. Royals are another good example, how many non feeders can you take in?
as said i commend you for what your doing, but please be careful

Your site look just like Reptilekids site for when he was supposedly 'rehoming/rescue'. I think you only have to look at previous threads to see what I think of his 'rescue'.

You don't say what animals (other than these recent gecko's) you have 'rescued', do you have room for fully grown iguanas and monitors that come without equipment, or are you just planning on small lizards & snakes? Ill skinny animals isn't just about 'feeding' them up, its about taking them to the vets to get them checked for parasites etc, 9 out of 10 lizards that will not eat unassisted have something wrong that assisted feeding will not cure.

To add to what Brick has said, you do not make money, you will run at a loss, bills will be high and chances are some weeks you will struggle to eat yourself, its is expenive. Ask people who really do rescue and I'm sure they will tell you the same. True rescue's can only be commended. 2 weeks is nowhere near long enough to see if a rep is ill or not, 3 months is more like it, during which time they should be kept in quarantine away from other animals.

I have rescued and rehomed, and most of the reps come with problems, be sure you can afford to take anything on esp when there is a good chance that it will need vet treatment.

Also I think people will find it hard to trust someone with a reptile that can not have a website with correct spellings. Does NOT look very professional. That would/should be your first port of call.

How about getting off her back and offering CONSTRUCTIVE criticism rather than just slagging off everything they are trying to do ? ... at least they care enough to try.

We all had to start somewhere. If there is something that experienced rescuers do not like, why not break the habit of a lifetime and help them rather than taking pot shots ?

Personally i felt they did offer constructive critisism, may have been a bit... agitated, but still offered advice and tips.
