do not trust this company to deliver your snakes on time or in a humane manner. i have just had a suriname boa delivered by them from south wales to liverpool. it took them two days to deliver it from the time they picked it up. during this time it was kept in a pillow case in the back of a van with little heating to support it. when i got it it was very cold. they kept telling me different times to when t was going to arrive. i took a day off work for no reason at all. in the end i was considering going the police because i thought id been conned! trust them with your reptiles at your snakes peril!

It looks as if this guys out to destroy their reputation to be honest, I've noticed hes posted this more than once. I used Noah's Ark Couriers and have had no problems at all, they've accepted they made a mistake waiting for someone who turned out to be a scammer and that should be the end of it. Would use them again.

im not out to do that. im just leaving justified bad feed back on a very bad service i received. i wouldnt want somebody else to have this happen to them. i couldnt care less about there reputation to be honest. just think people should know what cow boys they are. i was treated terribly. if you have not then leave them good feed back. people can make an informed decision on wether to trust there animals with them then.

I would recommend them mate, think its a disgrace when people seemingly go out of their way to try and destroy someone reputation... I'm sure theres laws against it aswell?

I am not taking any sides...plus we only have your side so far and not theres..BUT did you not tell them about this when they turned up to deliever it. Surely you would have asked them to wait while you unpacked it to make sure they had transported it safely like they say.

i did check the snake and i did complain profusely about the condition it was transported in.
