Default DWA For Eyelash Viper

First off, does anyone know if it is possible to get a DWAL for an eyelash viper?Absolutely love the look of the snakes and always have done, seeing a viper on Tv just now brought this up.
Secondly, I believe you have to be at least 18 to get a DWA, I'm only 15 atm so no time soon, but what precautions tests etc would need to take place for you to qualify for a DWAL.
Also, you need a DWAL for each different DWA don't you?

Also I know it has to be approved by your council/local authority.

Hi mate, hit the report button and ask a mod to move it to the DWA section.

A DWAL will cover you from 1 to a number of animals, what happens is that you get a DWAL for say the eyelash viper and then later on if you decide you want something els, you inform the council and they do an inspection, then as long as they are happy, they add it to your license.

check this http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/dwa-s...a-license.html you find it an interseting read.

Rob.

Cheers mate, I just remembered reading that before, having done a little research before. I expect the inspection for different animals would have to be carried out by a qualified specialist, or just a vet?
New thread is in the DWA section, well I somehow managed to post it in snake classifieds
