Post Flooring/substare for corns

Well i've seena few pictures around the forum and people are using slate tiles in their vivariums, could i use them in my Cornsnake viv?

I personally use Aspen, Although this is not very good to feed them in the viv with.

I don't know what these slate tiles are as I have not seen the photos you mean.

I just use the standard Aspen and try to feed on his log basically. I like the Aspen because my snake can burrow and re-arrange it when he feels like it haha.

Tiles are more generally used for lizards. Aspen or Aubiose is much better for corns. They like to burrow, and the substrate also makes it easier to spot clean.

I use aspen for all my 4 corns i just feed in seperate tubs so they dont accidently eat it my 4 all love to burrow in the aspen, 2 were originally on wood chips but as soon as i changed them to aspen, they started burrowing and creating little tunnels XD its great to try and find them when its dinner time :P
