Hiya, your more likely to get rough greens than smooth greens.

It depends on how many your going to keep i found they did best in either aquariums or those mesh flexariums. so for 1-2 and enclosure your looking at about £40 max....then you need your heating equipement, ceramics are best for these with a 2% uv light.

tree branches, fake or live plants for cover...something that replicates a tree canoply is best. as long as your tank is humid and correct temps then no more than a few days is needed

but personally i would advoid them unless they are fresh imports.
the reason i say this is wc ones dont do well on crickets. it alters there guy flora too quick and often kills them. also 6 months is about the average live span you will get out of them as they stress out really bad...so the sooner you get it the less stressed it is so the better chance it has.
ive had them live over 5 years and had a good few eggs from them, but be prepeared to expect loses if you get some

They won't be smooths, as these are virtually unobtainable, and need totally different care to roughs.

They need a temperature of around 88F, high humidity, an arboreal set up, plenty of foliage and branches - they will never be found on the ground unless chasing crickets. They need to have food permanently available and Nutrobal or similar is needed. Spray at least 3 times a week - they will not drink from a bowl, and seem to have a better food response when freshly sprayed.

As said, most are WC and are, quite frankly, dead snakes when bought, they just don't live more than a few months unless very lucky.

The best thing to do is to speak to your local dealers and ask if they do havegravid females in to let you know, and incubate the eggs, or at least oder hatchlings from them. This was how I got mine, and a year on are thriving.

Be aware, though, that they are serious escape artists.
