Default Do you need a licence?

Hey may sound like a bit daft but do you need a licence for a big snake.
Say a 18ft anaconda?

Conda's aren't on the DWA list, so no.

You'd just need a huge enclosure and balls of steal.

No. DWAL (Dangerous Wild Animals License) is not required for large Boids at present.

How can you have balls of theft? Do you mean steel?

And no, larger snakes such as Condas aren't on the DWA List, but if you think it's a good idea to go buy one because it isn't. You sir, need a sit down and a good talking to.

I think they should bring out some form of large snake license. It makes sense, I know some of them act like they wouldn't hurt a fly but it will stop all the wrong people taking them on

So more people just buy royals or corns insted? that would help....They would still get bored.

Though if you do want a big snake...i hope your family all like them too. Whats 18ft..4 people to lift it? And god help you when your cleaning out the poo lmfao.

Gonna' need a shovel for a Burm, or if it's a Retic/Conda. You'll need a JCB.

There is alot more to just royals and corns believe it or not :O I just think too many people buy large snakes as a status quirk.
