Mine did it once when she was about 6 months old. I think she was just being greedy, since then, she always spends about 10 minutes checking and double checking that she is swallowing head first.

mine does it every feed with out fail he manages to eat it not sure how i loose interest in watching after ten- fifteen minutes

so the general view is BCI's are abit special when it comes to eating thier prey in funny positions my old female had to have her food on platic plate or she refused to eat tried everything imaginable (hunting games, on the log, in the log) but nothing then tryed on a platic plate and she fed everytime![]()

I did say they had a go......did not succeed......after an hour or so of trying they then do it the good old fashioned way......head.....or arse
