They are called Sinders as they are the siblings of my boy Sinder.

Their story started with Roger (sinderman) buying a pair of boas from a shop in 2003 and at the time the female was gravid so he left them until she gave birth, he took the adults and the shop sold the babies. 3 years later (06) he bred them together again but had difficulties selling them so he took them to Shane at Herpmad in Morley. Shane (herpmad) noticed they were different to normals, they have a very blue/grey colouring along their heads and necks and very salmony underbellies. It was described as though they had crawled through the cinders of a fire, hence the name Sinder except Shane's wife suggested the S instead of C.

They are yet to be proved out as a new morph but one of the original litter sold by the shop came to light a while back and he has exactly the same colouration as Roger's girls and my Ash.

I now have Sinder and his brother and 2 sisters as well as Ash since Shane rejoined the army and sold his collection. I also own 4 07 Sinder girls, these were the offspring of Sinder's mum and another male and Sinder's dad and another female. They all carry the same traits.

how cool is that, lets hope you can prove it out to be a new morph. will you be breeding the sinder girls next year then?

I had one that looked exactly the same bought back in the early 90's - she also produced young that were very orange/pink/red inc' the ventral scales. She died a few years ago - i'll dig out some pics of her. Pre morph days lol.
