If i were you whenever possible id take the advice form experinced keepers you know personally.
Use caution with alot of info you see on public forums.

Spit as always your childish comment that brings no sensible info into this debate...run along now theres a good boy!

I understand that some people react differently to comments like name - calling but IMO it doesnt make them any less of a keeper!

Andy did sum up the thread very well!

All of your posts have been stupid, you havent read clearly what ive said, and you mention the same things over and over, and you take ages to reply so you can tell it took you ages to think of your replys.

As an example of you misreading what i said on the effin mites thread.

"I wouldnt take the risk''

Your reply "thats rubbish who told you it wasnt safe''

I DID NOT ONCE MENTION IT WASNT SAFE, SO READ AGAIN BEFORE REPLYING.

And your replys are always two sentences long.

I could go on more but you probably wouldnt be able to read it all lol.

Your a bully, but not a smart one, the fact you looked at my profile or drop down box and missed a word infront of you summons up your stupidity.

Would you like me to continue, or are sparks coming from your head.......DUHHH

Well, as far as it goes, it's irresponsible for any keeper to advise *not* using a safety measure (which is what "you don't need one of those" is) - just as irresponsible as me telling you "Seatbelts? Awww, you don't need to wear one, I've been fine for 31 years..."

Whether or not I *always* wear a seatbelt* is irrelevant to the fact that wearing one makes travelling in a vehicle safer, and that I should advise people to do so; whether or not I have an un-statted heat mat** does not change the fact that I should NEVER recommend someone use a heat mat without one!

* No, I don't. Buses don't have seatbelts. I wish they did.
** Yes. At the back of my roach racks, wall-mounted. NEVER with reptiles.

the animal's can only benifit from haveing a stat.
there's no equalism between no stat and having a stat.

Of course....keeping reptiles without a stat is exactly the same as travelling in a car or on a bus with no seat belt where someones else is driving itl !
