I was not gonna do this, but since I wasn't impressed with the last order, and although they replied a few times, they have not solved my problem, I'm just writing to say I won't order mice / rats from them again.

They apologised and said that they were gonna chuck a few extras next time I ordered, but I won't order again from them, because I don't think it's professional to say just that, instead of trying to rectify the problem straight away.

It's been about 10 days or so since I received the order, and the 3 sizes I got were far smaller than the ones I get in the shops, so I was very annoyed. Not only for filling the freezer with sizes I don't need, but because I will still have to go out and buy the sizes I want.

Anyway, I'm just writing this, because in the past I was satisfied with their food, and I wrote here to recommend them, but now I'm p*ssed off, so I'm writing to slag them off

i dont buy on line for that very reason.
Besides, my shops not far from me and its that customer relationship thing that you just cant beat.
Can your local Rep shop not exchange them, or take them off your hands?

I thought about it, but I doubt they would offer me much for them (even in a swap). At the end of the day, I will use them, it's just the principle that I was a bit annoyed. I'll put here a copy of the letter I sent to them and a picture of the rats for comparison.

thats nothing lol i ordered medium rats for the royals and i got extra large..MASIVE rats ..i treid them on my burm and that was even too big for her!!

camzoo are well known for haveing undersized rodents..
what pissed me off about our last couple of orders is the quality of the rodants has noticably dropped even since we have been useing them...
emily has ordered our latest order from somewhere else (cant remember the name) so we shall wait and see what they are like when they arrive...

i got some fron camzoo a week ago they were the right sizes for what i asked for. But i had some leo geckos from there a few weeks back, and the package they were in had no air holes, and was gafa taped up, they were very de hydrated, and have only started looking ok, although they 1 stays away from the others and still has some loose skin.
