Default Do snakes feel hungry?

Thread title says it all really.

You would think not or people wouldnt have all the feeding problems that they seem to.
If a mammal was hungry enough it would eat almost anything to survive but snakes dont seem to have this reflex.

Definately, my female jungle is the most blatant at letting me know exactly when shes feeling a little hungry but they all do it to a certain extent even some of the royals.

My boa thinks every day is feeding day.....you would have thought he would have got used to the disappointment by now...but he does get the mice/rats that the others refuse.....but that happens very very rarely, except for my CRB who is very fussy about when he eats....if he refuses then Harry will probably have a medium rat every week/10 days til he pulls himself out of his strop

Mine start foraging around their vivs in the early morning and early evening which is their natural hunting time.

Yes a good increase in their activity as if hunting is a good judge, yeah if they can smell it sure....but I like them to go hunting on their own first lol
