Part of my RFUK experience is to browse the classifieds I don't intend to buy or sell anything my small collection is all that I can afford at the moment but I do enjoy seeing what is available and what prices different reps are fetching.

I won't be naming and shaming. I don't know where it came from. But I do know every single person I have bought from, and all these people are possible sources. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who I have bought my snakes from since a few of them are one off's and not many people breed them...

We restricted access a long time before this thread was even made and any mention was made on RFUK!

Basicly we cant win either way because if we hadnt restricted access people would have been saying why did you let someone have access to the classifieds when they have IBD in thier collection.

No one is entitled to any thing on here.... teebs owns the site and teebs can make any rules he wants...

That is true to an extent. I see no reason why I should not be entitled to access to the classifieds, just like you and everyone else.

As said hes he boss he makes the rules your not entitled to nothing on this site none of us are. it's the right thing to do anyone with ibd in there collection should not be looking in that section because it's a risk. how do the mods know your not going to buy and sell they can only take your word for it.

I could walk into any reptile shop in this country and buy an animal, or offer to sell them one. Should I be banned from EVERY reptile shop?!

You are entirley missing the point though. Why should I be banned for something that I clearly have NO intent on doing?!

as the mods have said they have no control over what happens in other shops but they do on this site. and i think you missed my point how do the mods know your not going to be buying nd selling?

Well thats quite obvious isn't it.

If I put up a for sale ad the whole forum will see it and run a mile... duh.

And there is no reason I could not buy any more snakes if I wanted to. HOWEVER I have made the descision NOT to while I am unsure of the future of my current collection. That would be highly irresponsible.

I could understand if I was banned for continually trying to sell snakes even after the IBD diagnoses, but I haven't and wouldn't dare. So whats the real, justified reason for me not having access to that section of the forum?
