If the WC is a fresh WC then could be in great shape or could be in poor shape. Even the ones that look healthy could have underlying health problems. You would need to quarantine, run fecals, then they are most likely going to be live feeders until you can convert them or if you can and they tend to be a bit more feisty to handle.
I guess half the issues with WC royals is the unknown past when compared to CB. Still wouldnt put me off the right snake.
As for breeding I havent found they breed any better or worse than any other royal of a similar size.

Cheers there is cb females the same size..thing that puts me off is have seen royalpythons wc pastel..she's a mean one lol! If no difference will go for the cb females.
