I have kept many hatchlings on blue roll. I tend to move towards newspaper for adults (cost thing really) but blue roll is fine. The only issue is that an active corn can mess it up a fair bit and if a fold falls in the water bowl it'll wick the whole water bowl out and the snake will be sitting in standing water until you find them.

It is a rare event and not too much of an issue if you are regularly inspecting the animals.

Cheers

Andy
