Beardies , Agamas , Water dragons , Iguanas etc all need uv

the uv lights have the percentages stated on the packaging
also keep the light UV and basking on for a maximum of 12 hours a day so whatever lizard you get will have a day and night cycle ![]() |

As a general rule, you would expect nocturnal/crepuscular species to have a low UV requirement, and would probably get the D3 they need from other sources such as diet. The same would probably be true for burrowing/fossorial species, leaflitter species from forest floors etc.
