why have you called your snakes what you have?
well why did you call your snakes what you did
mexican kingsnake ramone- called that because it sounded mexican california kingsnake rollo- well she looks like a pack of rollos royal python kyra- no reason personally as was named by someone on here boa- Miho- the character from sin city "deadly lil Miho" i bet i get the i called my royal 1 because it was my 1st royal 2 because it was my 2nd etc

my first royal called dunno cos thats what i replyed everytime i was asked if i was going to get him,,my 2nd royal is called ynot because i already had one so thought why not,,,my third was a boa which i called oh dear,knowing this would be the OHs reaction,,my 4th was a boa i called no idea cos i really dont know what possessed me although shes beautiful,,my 5th is a boa called uknow as in we all know how addictive snakes can be and now i have snotty snake no.6 a jcp called gotya prob cos with his attitude thats what hes hoping to say to me soon but he was named by sender,thanx sender i love the name x

lol well strange reasons but ok i'll divulge!
Hector - after Hector Barbossa in pirates of the carribean (and i just love the name Hector) Bronson - he's prone to psychotic outbursts just like Charles Bronson who has been in solitary confinement in prison for about the last 30 years. Jura - when we got her she was kinda reddish (a bit like whiskey) and i'm from the Outer Hebrides so i named her jura (both an island and a whiskey) Incy Wincy - it will be ironic once she's fully grown!!! Gordon - after Gordon Ray Mears' friend who eats like a rabbit! now the geckos Fohac - named after my grans next door neighbour who died a week before i got Fohac...it's also gaelic for the wooly bits left over from shearing a sheep Loki - norse god of mischief (she used to be a bit naughty but she's mellowed out with age) Baby Gecko - didn't get round to naming him then couldn't think of a good name. and lastly my tortoise Jim - i bought him from my local reptile shop in Dundee....and almost every guy in Dundee is called Jim simple really

Don't really name my snakes but I do have an albino green burm called sweetcorn, she's yellow, good natured, green and will be a giant so a jolly green giant (ho ho ho) it had to be sweetcorn.

BCI Pepper - Because it looks like some one sprinkled pepper all over her.
PRB Vallentine - Because she has heart shaped marking all over her. Western hognose Digger - Because he likes to dig around in his substrate. Western hognose Hiss - Because hes a bad temperd lil bugger that loves to hiss at me every chance he gets lol. Classic Corn Tango - Because hes orange. Dotted House Snake Makito - Because its an African name for an African Snake. The rest of the snakes have no reason for there names apart from the kids named them lol.
