do all boas require the same setup eg temps humidty etc

No, they come in various sizes and from different locations across central and south America, so there care differs.

to clear up confusion are you referring to boa constrictors (bcc's/bci's) or just any species of the larger boa group such as rainbow boas, sand boas etc?
