well males can breed alot younger/smaller that females can. i'd say to be safe wait till your female is at least 6 foot but then again it depends on the age. do you have pictures of them both ? would be easier that way. also both the male and female, but more importantly the female must be in perfect health and a little on the fatty side ( NOT obeese just very well fed before breeding )

well i'd say wait a fair bit to breed that female but if your male is only 11 months old then by the time hes up to age/size whitch will be about 3 yrs then she'll be big enough anyway

There is no reason the male wouldn't breed next year.

Have long have you had the female, at I guess I would say she is around 18 months - 2 years old, I would give her a couple of years to be on the safe side.

Its always hard to judge without knowing how she has been fed by the previous owners. Assuming she has been fed regularly with the correct size meals, and she is an 'average' colombian/colombian cross size, then I would stick to my estimate of 18 months - 2 years old. So I wouldn't attempt to breed her until this sort of time in 2011.

in general, i tend to atempt breeding my females at 3.5 years old, as for wieght as far as im concerned this shouldnt come into boa breeding it is more relivent for royals! you can have an over fed 08 4' female boa the same wieght as a correctly fed 6'+ 06 female so i never go by wieght! age/length* ( *depends on locality ) is the the key, if you breed a female to young she may well produce but it will be a small litter, and it may deplete her so much that she doesnt breed for the next 2 or three seasons so dont be in a rush
