I wouldn't think so. Fungal infection yes, but ringworm specifically probably not.

Ringworm is a fungal infection, so yes the snake can get ring worm, and yes snakes have suffered with this.

As Maureen said yes they can become infected. Usually in snakes it is seen as a respiratory tract infection. Hard to spot otherwise as the fungi responsible for ringworm (there are 3 main ones that affect snakes) infect the skin rather than the scales, although they can cause dark patches on the scales themselves.
