Arrow common boa soking

my boa spends most of the time in water boal is this normal for a common boa? she is not in shed her temp are 32c hot end and 23c and humidity 40% cold end does your boas stay in water most of time?

As above check for mites and I would personaly drop the hot spot temp to 30*c as this may help.

Question

yer i have looked round eyes and mouth i cant see any i dont no how to check properly as i am only just learning have any of you got any looks that i can look at that explain about mites i have had boa for week from a shop i just phoned the shop i had it from he said she did go in water alot when he had her

Does her skin look sore anywhere? Is there any retained shed?

Check really carefully for mites, and I would try bumping the humidity up a little and the temperature down a little.

if it mites and it's sitting inthe water bowl you will see small black dots in the water.

where is the water bowl in the cool end?

iv loked in water bowl there is no black dots in there there is no retained shed on her or sore skin i have tunned temp down a tad
