Default Colombian rainbow boa....again!

I have recently posted on here regarding my new crb seeming to re-align her jaw a lot. Not sure if it is related but i have just noticed that she has mites!! Any advice on the effects of the mites and how to get rid would be appreciated - I'm in a bit of a panic as i've never had mites before!

well i've done an initial scrub down of enclosure until i can get some stuff from the vet. She seems to have a few mites on her chin/throat area and occasionally seems to puff her throat out. Is this related to the mites ?

the re aliginment of the jaw will more than likely not related to the mites - could be that it is just yawning - if it was ri then you'd notice saliva and in the later stages gunk coming out of it's nose.
best way to treat mites will be in the sticky thread at the top of the page (including my suggesgions on the subject).
