Default Getting a snake back in its viv after feeding?

I fed my burm for the first time today out of the viv with tweezers.

Hmmm...not sure about this? Iv never done it before. Normally, i just throw them in but gave it a try.

Everything was successful i.e she ate but it was that stressful i wouldnt be suprised if she brings it back up again. How do people get them back in the viv? It was a diaster!! First she bit me to pieces, kept continuosly striking, when i did get her she literally jumped out of my hands and went to go under the bed. I managed to get her out and she musked (or sumthin) over my hands.

Well.........shes back now but seriously, have i messed things up now ?? Everything was going really well before this! Its made me feel so bad!

I tried putting her in a tub to put back in the viv but she just climbed out really fast!

How much interaction do you give when feeding?? Am i ever going to get better??

Thanks! Sorry its so long

That is because there is a myth going around that they will not bite as much if fed out of the viv, it is just that a myth.

the man in the pet shop is a fool............

what you gonna do when its 15ft long? coax it out give it a rabbit, then try and persuade a 15ft burm in feeding mode to please go quietly back to its viv?

Well thats one way of putting it. With my carpet python I just throw her toy in the viv and she goes off after it.
