Default How long till she pops eggs

My female royals have locked on numerous of times with numerous of males. In the hope one is pregnent, how lond does it take on average till eggs are laid

last season my 2 girls took 7 and 8 months of pairing to lay

this season ive just had my first clutch (3 months)

After ovulation they will go into prelay shed which takes about 16 day its then around 32 days till they lay but could be a few day either way

If she has not ovulated then she won't have any eggs it usaully takes between 3 and 5 month of pairing but can take longer and not every female that locks will go.

Have had loads locks overthe past month. They have all stopped locking now. Only one has shed, which im hoping is prelay shed. fingers crossed
