Also screw the bulb holders to the viv.
It looks like you have them hanging by the wires.

Un roll that extension lead fully by the way..... Can't be helping and very very dangerous
long extension leads can cause probs when coiled wires can fuse together in middle of extension

Apart from your wiring skills being a bit iffy at best, as has been said above, coiled extension leads can cause problems. They create surges when power is applied especially if it pulses and can easily take out low value fuses. As a bit of an indicator take one of the blown fuses and break the ceramic case, if you look into the metal end caps and can see a bit of wire with a blob on it then the chances are either a surge or a overload popped it. If there is no trace of wire in either cap then the wire has vapourised from a short circuit. In either case you would probably benefit from checking/sorting out your wiring. Your plugs should look a bit more like this....................the earth is much longer than the rest so it is the last wire to come free if for example the cable is trodden on or kicked by accident. Also the insulation goes right up to the terminal, make sure the screw is tight otherwise they can get really hot. The same holds true for your lampholders and the cable sheath should be clamped to prevent it being pulled free. Sorry if this sounds like a lecture but electricity has a habit of fighting back.

update-
i got a new stat today and set it up with the 3 ceramics and after 2-3 mins the fuse blew again, so i changed the fuse and ran each ceramic individually with the stat and they all worked fine for over 20 mins, then i tryed 2 ceramics on the stat and they worked fine,

so now im thinking that the god damn ebay seller gave me 250w ceramics instead of the 150w's that i asked for.

ok so wouldn't the cool end be better on a separate stat that way it could be set to a lower temp ie cool end temp 75f. just a though.
