Default troubled slough?

my col boa has been in slough mode for 3 weeks with no end in sight and now im getting worried, he went silver 3 weeks ago, then normal then silver (this is usual) but then he normally sheds afer 3 days and hes just not doing it. the vivs humidity is highenough (85) plenty of mossy hides, temp is perfect !! does anyone have this problem with their boas? when i hold him he feels really tight,

any advice on how to find out/help with whats going on??
