Definitely some sort of deer.

Can no-one remember the old woman in america that video'd her little dog being eaten by an escapee snake???
The dog had gone out the dog flap and the snake had got it. She decided to video it to prove what happened as she couldn't prevent the snake eating the dog.

The snake belonged to a neighbour who used it in his 'stirpping' act I think.

that is a deer or goat , look closly at the front right leg, its a cloven hoof

If it's got a cloven hoof on the right front leg, it's equally got a PAW on the left front leg (the one on top). You can see the paw pads and claws. The "cloven hoof" actually looks like one or two white toes to me, and the tail says nothing but dog far as I can tell.
