Default Keeping together ???

Hello,
May be a silly question but can you keep corn snakes together. I am very confused as some websites say no and some say yes.
Can anyone help me please
thanks, Katie

Default Corns

Ideally keep them apart unless you deliberately introduce them to breed.
Also makes it easier for feeding and husbandry. It also allows you to look for signs of illness etc.
If your stuck for space use rubs on a mat linked to a stat.
Hope this helps

People say dont keep them together as previous post helps with feeding. IMO I have to female corns that live together and are very laid back, they feed every week they do not bother each other they are always side by sideIf 1 comes out of the cave the other has to come out. But I was lucky enough to get a couple of females that have been together since little babies.

If you intend to just put them together then it is pointless mate as they could stop eating or any other number of things which is something you don't want.

All depends on the snake really. Some will mix without a problem, others won't. Just make sure to feed them separate and keep a look out for aggression of any kind.

Most people will argue with this though as they say it's a definite no no but not all people are right and it's down to the trial and error of a keeper IMO.

Plenty of people do keep them together. Even in trios. But I think most people agree it doesn't benefit the snakes in anyway to live together, so if you have the space to let them be housed individually then do that. Makes feeding time easier.

Hi
a minimum of all the 3's is a good guide
3 years old, 3 ft long, 300gms.
Post hibernation introduction to breed but some will breed without hibernation. It depends on the snake.

I cohabit corns but only after they reach a year old (younger and there is more chance of canabalism) as long as they are same size and sex.
