If I do everything it normally takes 1-2 hours, but that includes 5 snakes, 1 gecko and 2 tanks for the frogs

Ah the joy of the monthly clean, with 15 Vivs mainly 6ft, a full aspen gut and disinfect and a quick snake bath takes on my own about 6 hours without a break.

it's not that bad generally, usually requires 5 minutes or so per enclosure, but it's the effort of getting to them (stacked containers til i can sort the shelving!). once it's all sorted, it should be pretty easy to do a good number per session.
i'm fairly utilitarian though, so cleaning involves paper changes, whipe downs where necessary and regular water changes. usually it involves me walking round with the tenant on my shoulders lol

A reasonable size collection here, though no snakes, and about an hour once a year :P the joys of well maintained bio-active substrates
